FORMULATED WITH ELEMENTAL CALCIUM: Highly absorbable, Cardiotabs Bone Essentials is formulated with MicroCrystalline HydroxyApatite (MCHA). MCHA is sourced from sourced from New Zealand calf bone and contains Calcium, Phosphate Hydroxyapatite, and collagenous/non-collagenous bone proteins.
BLENDED WITH OTHER NUTRIENTS: This bone, heart, nail, skin, and hair supplement was carefully formulated by combining MCHA with other vital vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Potassium, Boron, and Vitamin K2.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: As a supplement, adults may take 4 capsules a day (two capsules twice per day) with a meal. Calcium supplements may be taken in the morning or the afternoon with lots of water. Taking calcium in the morning gives users a chance to be exposed to more sunlight, allowing the skin to synthesize vitamin D, which further helps in calcium absorption.
