Using Tips

1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.

2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer ranges from 10-90 mins. The max timing for one running is 90 mins. If you need longer time therapy, you need to restart it.

Maintenance and Care

1. When you finished using the device, turn it off and take off the pads. Store the unit in a cool, dry place until next use.

2. After usage, please cover the pads with the protective film. Applying a few drops water before and after usage will increase the longevity of the pads.

3. Charge the unit at least every 3 month in event it is not used regularly.

4.Please replace the pads after using 15-20 times(Varies widely depending on use, body type and care).

5. Do not apply pads to the same area more than 30 minutes at a time.
